Responsibilities

Rotate through core business departments to build foundational expertise across sales, production, office, and service management operations.
Engage in outside sales activities to generate new business, promote company services, and cultivate long-term client relationships.
Deliver client service by responding to customer inquiries and resolving operational issues promptly.
Analyze sales and operational data to support informed decision-making and identify opportunities for process improvement.
Collaborate with senior leaders on cross-functional initiatives focused on sales performance and operational efficiency.
Participate in executive leadership seminars and divisional summits to develop management and strategic capabilities.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree completed or expected to be completed within six months of hire.
Valid and active driver's license.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills suitable for customer-facing and cross-departmental collaboration.
Demonstrated foundational interest in business operations and leadership development.
Nice to Have
Prior co-op or internship experience in sales, customer service, production, or administrative operations.
Academic background in business administration, management, or a related field of study.
Demonstrated leadership or management experience through campus organizations or extracurricular activities.
Willingness to relocate regionally during or upon completion of the training program.

Work Environment

Full-time, on-site role based in Kailua, Hawaii.
Standard first-shift work schedule of approximately 40 hours per week.
Fast-paced operational and customer-facing environment requiring local travel for client visits and departmental rotations.
