Responsibilities
Support facility security by monitoring and maintaining physical access control equipment and systems.
Conduct daily audits of buildings, operations, and food safety standards to ensure full compliance with OSHA and internal guidelines.
Lead incident investigations and root-cause analysis for workplace safety events under the guidance of senior leaders.
Collect, analyze, and report safety and claim data to highlight operational risks to facility management.
Assist instructors and facilitators in delivering environmental health and safety training programs to associates and contractors.
Serve as an associate interface for workers' compensation issues and assist in gathering documentation for potential claims.
Identify operational bottlenecks and recommend data-driven process improvements using digital tools and automation.
Qualifications
At least 6 months of experience as a Walmart associate, or 1 year of equivalent work experience or coursework in criminal justice, loss prevention, asset protection, compliance, safety, or public safety.
High school diploma or equivalent educational background.
Demonstrated foundational understanding of OSHA regulations, emergency response procedures, and workplace safety audits.
Strong verbal and written communication skills to articulate risks and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Proficiency with digital productivity platforms including Microsoft Office Suite, SharePoint, and OneDrive.
Prior hands-on experience handling root-cause analysis, investigative reporting, or regulatory inspections in a warehouse or supply chain environment.
Familiarity with digital workflows, basic data governance, or process automation concepts.
Work Environment
This is a fully on-site position based at a fulfillment and logistics warehouse facility in Fort Worth, Texas.
Work schedules involve structured full-time shifts across weekday or weekend day and overnight rotations.
The role operates within a fast-paced industrial supply chain setting with strict adherence to a drug-free workplace policy.
