Responsibilities
Partner with senior executives and hiring managers to assess current and future technical staffing requirements.
Design and execute proactive sourcing strategies to identify and engage top-tier technical and AI talent.
Manage the candidate experience end-to-end, maintaining high responsiveness from initial outreach through final interview stages.
Provide hiring teams with talent market insights, pipeline analytics, and strategic hiring recommendations.
Execute creative passive outreach, attend recruitment events, and direct talent mapping initiatives.
Develop and maintain nurturing campaigns and brand-aligned recruitment marketing materials.
Qualifications
At least 8 years of progressive technical recruiting experience within high-growth, top-tier technology environments.
Demonstrated track record of successfully hiring within competitive and niche technical talent markets.
Strong stakeholder management capabilities and the ability to build trust with senior leadership.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Proven ability to navigate ambiguity and handle shifting priorities in a fast-paced setting.
Experience recruiting for advanced AI research, machine learning, or complex software infrastructure roles.
Deep familiarity with talent mapping techniques and modern sourcing automation tools.
Background in designing recruitment marketing strategies and building long-term talent communities.
Work Environment
Hybrid work arrangement based out of OpenAI's San Francisco, California offices.
Fast-paced, collaborative team culture working closely with technical sourcers, recruiting coordinators, and engineering leaders.
Standard full-time schedule of approximately 40 hours per week.
High-trust environment requiring adherence to strict data security, privacy, and confidentiality standards.
