Responsibilities

Greet and proactively approach customers to assess their needs and provide expert golf product recommendations.

Maintain visual merchandising standards by executing floor sets, updating signage, and completing price changes.

Manage inventory replenishment and maintain neat, accessible product displays across the golf department.

Promote store initiatives including customer loyalty programs, extended warranties, and private-label credit card enrollments.

Adhere to company safety protocols, standard operating procedures, and loss prevention guidelines.

Collaborate with store teammates to support general retail operations and assist across other departments when necessary.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent qualification.

Strong interpersonal and customer service skills to effectively communicate with diverse shoppers.

Willingness to learn standard operating procedures, safety policies, and loss prevention protocols.

Ability to work in an on-site retail store environment with a collaborative team approach.

Nice to Have

Prior experience working in retail sales or customer service environments.
