Responsibilities
Greet customers and proactively offer guidance to help them select appropriate footwear and accessories.
Provide accurate product information and personalized recommendations to support the customer shopping experience.
Maintain merchandising standards by executing floor sets, managing signage, updating pricing, and replenishing inventory.
Promote customer programs, including the customer loyalty program, warranty options, and private-label credit cards.
Follow company standard operating procedures regarding safety, loss prevention, and applicable regulatory guidelines.
Collaborate with teammates across various departments to assist with general store operations and daily tasks.
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent credential.
Strong interpersonal and customer service skills to engage effectively with shoppers.
Ability to adhere to safety, loss prevention, and retail operational protocols.
Willingness to work collaboratively in a dynamic, team-oriented store environment.
Prior experience working in retail sales, customer service, or footwear merchandising.
Personal interest in athletics, sports culture, or fitness equipment.
Familiarity with retail inventory management systems and point-of-sale operations.
Work Environment
On-site retail store environment located in Danvers, Massachusetts.
Part-time schedule with hours that may include peak retail periods, weekends, and holidays.
Active, customer-facing floor work requiring frequent movement, standing, and physical merchandising.
Benefits & Perks
