Responsibilities
Lead cross-functional teams to define the vision, workflows, requirements, and multi-year roadmaps for future-state, AI-first operating models.
Equip business units with structured frameworks, methodologies, and advisory support to adopt consistent, modernized ways of working.
Conduct in-depth strategic analyses and integrate external market research with internal data to deliver evidence-based recommendations.
Partner with cross-functional leaders across technology, HR, and finance to address people, process, and technical dependencies.
Manage transformation initiatives end-to-end using agile sprint methodologies while tracking risks, progress, and key milestones.
Design and execute pilot experiments to test new operating models, rapidly scaling successful workflows across the enterprise.
Develop executive-level storylines and deliver compelling presentations and strategic documents to senior leadership.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Computer Science, or a related field with at least 4 years of experience, or a Master's degree with at least 3 years of relevant experience.
Demonstrated background in strategy, management consulting, business planning, marketing, or corporate finance.
Proven experience structuring complex, ambiguous business problems and driving agile project execution.
Strong communication and presentation skills with experience delivering evidence-based recommendations to senior stakeholders.
Advanced degree such as an MBA alongside 6 to 8 or more years of progressive strategy and transformation experience.
Hands-on experience designing, deploying, or governing AI agents and related artificial intelligence capabilities within enterprise environments.
Prior background collaborating directly with product, engineering, sales, or customer support divisions in large-scale high-tech organizations.
Work Environment
This position is a remote role based in the United States with flexible geographic options.
The standard working schedule is full-time at approximately 40 hours per week.
The team operates in fast-paced, cross-functional agile sprints with a strong culture of continuous learning and experimentation.

Base salary ranges from $106,400 to $203,600 nationally, with higher geographic differentials up to $222,600 in premium metropolitan areas like New York and the San Francisco Bay Area.
