Overview
In this role, you will lead and expand Sales Operations capabilities to drive revenue growth, operational efficiency, and scalable GTM processes. Reporting directly to the VP of Revenue Operations, you will oversee a Revenue Operations Specialist and collaborate closely with cross-functional leadership across Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Customer Success. You will be responsible for streamlining sales workflows, establishing robust sales forecasting and pipeline management, and delivering actionable data insights. By leveraging modern revenue tech stacks and operational frameworks, you will play a critical part in elevating sales performance and business predictability across the organisation.
Responsibilities
- Lead cross-functional initiatives to streamline sales workflows and improve operational metrics such as win rates, ARR growth, and average contract value.
- Oversee sales forecasting, pipeline management, quota allocation, and full-cycle territory assignments.
- Implement, monitor, and maintain sales performance metrics, KPIs, and reporting dashboards for executive leadership.
- Partner with Go-to-Market tools and enablement teams to optimise platforms, standardise documentation, and enhance system efficiencies.
- Manage and mentor a Revenue Operations Specialist while handling reactive requests and ad-hoc analytical inquiries from sales leadership.
- Identify operational bottlenecks across the sales cycle and implement scalable solutions to improve overall sales productivity.
Qualifications
- At least 5 years of experience in sales operations or related revenue operations fields, including a minimum of 2 years in a leadership role.
- Demonstrated track record of scaling and optimising Go-to-Market operational frameworks within a high-growth SaaS environment.
- Strong technical proficiency with core sales tech stack platforms such as Salesforce, Outreach, Gong, LeanData, and ZoomInfo.
- Proven experience managing sales forecasting, pipeline analysis, territory planning, and quota management.
- Strong analytical and data-interpretation skills with the ability to translate complex metrics into actionable commercial strategies.
Nice to have
- Experience navigating multiple phases of business growth ranging from early-stage startup through over $100M in revenue.
- Demonstrated ability to proactively integrate AI tools into daily workflows to enhance team productivity and reporting velocity.
- Hands-on experience with supplementary sales intelligence tools such as Nooks, Spekit, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, LeadIQ, or Atrium.
Work environment
