Responsibilities
Design complex user experiences, wireframes, and high-fidelity mockups for broker and brokerage workflows.
Collaborate closely with product managers to define long-term product vision, strategy, and feature impact.
Conduct independent qualitative and quantitative user research to discover and validate customer needs.
Partner with another designer to co-maintain an interactive, high-fidelity prototype using Figma and AI tooling such as Claude Code.
Hand off design specifications to software engineering teams and validate that technical implementations match your visual and interaction design vision.
Build and maintain user personas based on ongoing customer feedback and research insights.
Mentor a small team of UX and product designers while actively contributing to weekly design critique sessions.
Qualifications
Five or more years of professional UX and UI design experience with a strong portfolio showcasing your end-to-end design process.
Demonstrated experience designing for SaaS software products and supporting new product introductions.
Expert proficiency in Figma, responsive design standards, and mobile application interface design.
Working understanding of web technologies, design systems, and their technical constraints.
Proven capability leading user research activities, discovery sessions, and collaborative design workshops.
Prior product design experience within a high-growth startup environment.
Domain knowledge or previous professional experience in the commercial real estate industry.
Familiarity or comfort using AI-assisted prototyping tools to build functional interface simulations.
Work Environment
This is a fully remote position open to candidates located across most regions of the United States.
The role operates on a full-time 40-hour work week reporting directly to the Senior Vice President of Product.
Travel is primarily limited to an annual in-person, all-company kickoff event.
You will work within an entrepreneurial, collaborative team culture that values rapid iteration and psychological safety.
