Apt Insight

In this role, you will be responsible for driving new business growth across the United States by building and managing a robust sales pipeline from the ground up. Operating as a senior individual contributor, you will spearhead target mapping, initiate multi-channel cold outreach, and independently pitch and close deals with mid-to-large brand-side clients. You will collaborate directly with the company's founder and internal creative, strategy, and influencer teams to deliver winning proposals. As the lead business development operator in the region, you will have substantial autonomy to structure your outreach rhythm, represent the agency at major industry events, and convert high-value prospects into long-term retained partners. Your success will be measured by outbound activity, qualified meetings booked, and closed revenue in support of the agency's rapid US expansion.
