In this role, you will lead high-impact strategy and business transformation engagements for Fortune 500 clients and emerging growth companies within the Telecommunications and Digital Infrastructure sector. You will oversee end-to-end engagement delivery, guide complex problem-solving, and translate market, operational, and financial analyses into actionable strategic roadmaps. Working closely with client executives, you will act as a primary trusted advisor across areas including telecom operators, data centers, wireless, satellite, and cable providers. Responsibilities

Lead strategy and business transformation engagements from initial planning through delivery, ensuring high standards for scope, timelines, and outcomes.
Structure complex client challenges and direct comprehensive market, competitive, operational, and financial analyses.
Develop executive-level presentations, recommendations, transformation roadmaps, and business cases for senior stakeholders.
Serve as the primary day-to-day client contact while facilitating client workshops, executive presentations, and decision-making sessions.
Manage engagement economics, including project budgets, resource staffing, delivery performance, and revenue forecasting.
Coach, mentor, and evaluate junior team members to maintain high delivery performance and support career development.
Identify opportunities for account growth and contribute directly to proposal development, pursuits, and practice-building initiatives.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in business, economics, finance, technology, engineering, or a related discipline.
Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in management consulting, corporate strategy, transaction advisory, or business transformation.
Proven track record of managing project teams, resources, risk management, timelines, and engagement budgets.
Demonstrated experience working with clients in telecommunications, digital infrastructure, or adjacent technology, media, and telecommunications sectors.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint along with strong executive communication skills.
Nice to Have
Master of Business Administration (MBA) or an equivalent relevant graduate degree.
Direct industry experience with telecommunications operators, cable providers, wireless businesses, satellite companies, or data center providers.
Experience contributing to business development activities, competitive proposals, and pursuit leadership.
Familiarity with applying emerging technologies, data analytics, or generative AI to client delivery engagements.

Work Environment

Hybrid work model combining in-office collaboration with onsite client visits.
Based out of either the Denver, Colorado, or Philadelphia, Pennsylvania office locations.
Standard full-time schedule requiring approximately 40 hours per week with limited overall travel requirements.
Collaborative, multidisciplinary consulting team environment with cross-functional engagement.

Base salary range generally spanning $142,600 to $261,500 annually for standard US locations, with higher ranges available in select metro markets.
