Responsibilities

Plan and coordinate IT requirements while supporting integration between Synergy and I-ERP across Source to Pay and Plan to Report domains.
Act as the single point of contact to maintain functional Supply Chain relationships across program leadership teams.
Manage common Source to Pay SAP objects and govern cross-program functional dependencies.
Support enterprise experiments and pilot programs impacting the core I-ERP Source to Pay design.
Coordinate technology assessments and introduce relevant emerging technologies into the Source to Pay landscape.
Oversee the prioritization, build, and delivery of SAP functional solutions aligned with enterprise supply chain objectives.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Mathematics, Science, or a related field.
At least seven years of experience working with SAP, including direct experience managing personnel and overseeing development activities.
Demonstrated understanding of I-ERP business processes, particularly Source to Pay (STP) and Plan to Report (PTR), along with related IT enablers.
Strong leadership, team management, and global stakeholder communication skills across technical and business functions.
Willingness and ability to travel between 5% and 10% as required by project needs.
Nice to Have
Master's degree or higher in a relevant technical or quantitative discipline.
SAP Certification in Supply Chain Management or relevant SAP S/4HANA modules such as MM, PP, EWM, or SD.
Proven track record driving IT innovation and large-scale enterprise system integrations.

Work Environment

Hybrid work arrangement requiring four or more days per week on-site at the Dearborn, Michigan office.
Collaborative global enterprise technology environment interfacing with distributed cross-functional teams.
Standard full-time schedule of approximately 40 hours per week with occasional domestic travel required.
