Responsibilities
Unload incoming delivery trucks and accurately log merchandise into the store inventory system.
Stock sales floor shelves and arrange organized, visually appealing merchandise displays.
Pick, pack, and prepare online customer orders for home delivery and store-to-store transfers.
Assist customers directly by retrieving and fulfilling in-store and curbside pickup orders.
Operate store warehouse equipment safely while following all company safety protocols and guidelines.
Maintain an organized and safe backroom and warehouse storage environment.
Qualifications
At least 3 months of experience working in a retail, warehouse, or operations environment.
Physical ability to lift and move up to 100 pounds with or without accommodation.
Flexibility to work varied hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
Ability to adhere to equipment operation and workplace safety standards.
Prior experience operating retail warehouse machinery and material handling equipment.
Familiarity with inventory scanning systems and digital order fulfillment tools.
Strong communication and customer service skills for handling order pickups.
Work Environment
Fully on-site role based in a retail store and warehouse setting in Whitehall, Pennsylvania.
