Retail Assistant Store Manager

Overview

In this role, you will partner with the Store Manager to drive day-to-day retail operations, elevate customer engagement, and achieve sales targets for the 7 For All Mankind brand in Cabazon, California. You will be responsible for styling and wardrobing clients, conducting proactive client outreach, and stepping in to lead all store operations in the Store Manager's absence.

Responsibilities

• Drive individual and store sales goals by styling and wardrobing customers according to their needs.
• Manage daily store operations and team workflows in the absence of the Store Manager.
• Assist in recruiting, training, coaching, and motivating retail associates to maximize sales productivity.
• Execute visual merchandising, operations, and marketing directives in alignment with corporate deadlines.
• Maintain store scheduling and payroll management within established labor guidelines.
• Enforce loss prevention standards and assist with inventory management and financial audits.
