Responsibilities
Manage the flow of service during assigned shifts to ensure high standards of safety, cleanliness, quality, and speed.
Lead, mentor, and motivate a high-performing team of hourly restaurant team members.
Participate in candidate interviews and assist with onboarding and employee relations.
Support day-to-day operational functions including inventory management, purchasing, and receiving.
Resolve guest inquiries and operational challenges promptly to uphold service excellence.
Qualifications
At least one year of restaurant leadership experience supervising a team.
Valid Food Safety Certification according to local jurisdiction requirements.
Demonstrated problem-solving capabilities in a fast-paced environment.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Prior experience with restaurant operational support tasks such as inventory controls and ordering.
Background in high-volume fast-casual or fine dining hospitality settings.
Familiarity with interviewing and structured team training techniques.
Work Environment
Fully on-site position based at the restaurant location in Old Bridge, New Jersey.
Fast-paced hospitality environment requiring active movement, coordination, and shift-based scheduling.
