Responsibilities
Identify changes introduced by large-scale business initiatives and drive requirements with engineering teams to successfully implement technical programs.
Partner with cross-functional teams in deployments, supply chain planning, operations, and engineering to enhance deployment velocity, inventory efficiency, and supply resiliency.
Develop and lead review forums and reports to monitor milestones, assess delivery challenges, and escalate critical project risks.
Define, track, and report on key performance metrics to ensure accountability and on-time follow-through.
Establish program roadmaps with engineering and systems teams to drive continuous process improvements based on operational metrics.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
At least 5 years of experience in technical program or project management.
Demonstrated experience with supply or demand planning, including demand forecasting, inventory management, or resource allocation.
Proven proficiency in using data analytics tools and reporting platforms.
Five or more years of experience managing complex cross-functional or cross-team engineering initiatives.
Experience managing technical programs directly with hardware teams or within data center infrastructure environments.
Familiarity with capital investment decision-making processes and material planning.
Demonstrated ability to maintain accountability and drive the entire project lifecycle in ambiguous environments.
Work Environment
On-site work arrangement based at Google's Sunnyvale, California office.
Standard full-time schedule of approximately 40 hours per week.

Base salary range of $159,000 to $230,000 per year, supplemented by a 15% target bonus and equity grants.
