Responsibilities
Drive user engagement and satisfaction across employee-facing healthcare technology platforms.
Shape and evolve the product roadmap in close collaboration with the Chief Product Officer, Customer Advisory Board, and key stakeholders.
Set annual product goals and measurable metrics, utilizing impact data to guide ongoing product decisions.
Collaborate with product support teams to identify and resolve usability issues, bugs, and workflow friction.
Partner with product marketing to craft product narratives that accelerate user adoption and prospect interest.
Lead discovery and delivery workflows across engineering and design teams to build high-impact product features.
Navigate complex codebases and leverage modern AI tooling to assist in debugging, enhancement delivery, and rapid prototyping.
Qualifications
At least 5 years of professional experience in product management.
Demonstrated track record of taking products from zero to one and establishing product-market fit.
Proven experience building, deploying, and scaling mission-critical SaaS products.
Strong technical aptitude with the ability to navigate codebases and leverage AI development tools such as Claude Code or Codex.
Documented success in driving measurable customer outcomes in product adoption, engagement, or satisfaction.
Skilled in aligning cross-functional teams and executive leadership around product priorities and tradeoffs.
Domain experience within the healthcare, InsurTech, or employee benefits industries.
Hands-on experience designing user research plans from scratch using both qualitative insights and data analytics.
Familiarity working in fast-growing startup environments with highly autonomous, builder-focused teams.
Work Environment
The position is fully remote, allowing you to work from anywhere within the United States.
Standard full-time commitment of approximately 40 hours per week, generally aligned with US business time zones.
