Responsibilities

Partner directly with internal customers to identify critical pain points and ensure measurement surfaces meet operational needs.
Manage the end-to-end product lifecycle from rapid prototyping and technical trade-offs to iterative monthly launches.
Translate overarching product goals into tactical milestone plans prioritizing rapid speed-to-market and immediate user value.
Drive a rigorous focus on metric evaluation, specifically ensuring explainability, inspectability, and understandability.
Collaborate across internal teams to expand the adoption and development of key AI transformation metrics.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
At least 5 years of experience in product management or a related technical discipline.
Minimum of 2 years of experience taking technical products from conception to launch end-to-end.
At least 2 years of cross-functional experience collaborating with engineering, UX/UI, sales, and finance teams.
Demonstrated experience building reporting dashboards and integrating generative AI or LLM interfaces into workflows.
Nice to Have
Master's degree in a technology or business-related field.
At least 3 years of experience preparing and delivering technical presentations to executive leadership.
Two or more years of hands-on experience in software development or engineering alongside technical leadership experience.

Work Environment

On-site role based out of offices in San Jose (CA), Kirkland (WA), or New York (NY).
Standard full-time schedule of approximately 40 hours per week.
Highly collaborative cross-functional team environment interfacing with engineering, data science, and UX research.

Benefits & Perks

Base salary range of $163,000 to $236,000 USD per year.
