Responsibilities
Manage store inventory levels, stock replenishment, and order fulfillment to maintain seamless operational standards.
Assist with visual merchandising by executing promotional setups, product displays, and event presentations according to brand guidelines.
Support store sales goals by collaborating with the broader retail team and delivering dependable assistance to clients.
Uphold company operational policies to ensure a safe, organized, and secure store environment for both staff and shoppers.
Learn and communicate product information quickly to assist team members and address customer inquiries.
Maintain punctuality and consistent attendance across assigned store shifts, including peak operating periods.
Qualifications
One to two years of experience in retail, hospitality, or a similar customer-focused operational environment.
Demonstrated organizational and time management skills with strong attention to detail.
Effective verbal communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate well in a team setting.
Physical ability to lift, carry, and maneuver merchandise weighing up to 50 pounds.
Flexible availability to work between 15 and 29 hours per week, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
Prior experience handling inventory management systems and retail stockroom workflows.
Familiarity with visual merchandising guidelines and prestige beauty products.
Demonstrated ability to thrive and problem-solve in high-volume, fast-moving retail spaces.

On-site position located at the Cool Springs store in Franklin, Tennessee.
Part-time role requiring 15 to 29 hours per week with scheduling flexibility during peak retail hours.
