In this role, you will assist International Highlight LLC with gathering, logging, and maintaining essential engagement and performance data across diverse platforms. Working closely alongside the Data Manager, you will help maintain clean data pipelines and support overall campaign performance monitoring as the organization expands its operations.
Responsibilities
Track and record daily engagement and performance metrics using standardized operational templates.
Maintain organized, accurate, and consistent data records across active brand campaigns.
Identify data discrepancies or reporting inconsistencies and escalate them directly to the Data Manager.
Collaborate with internal support teams to ensure scheduled deliverables and reporting timelines are met.
Assist with routine data audits to ensure integrity and alignment across multiple platform sources.
Qualifications
Demonstrated ability to manage accurate data entry, logging, and performance tracking tasks.
Strong attention to detail with proven organizational and task prioritization capabilities.
Effective verbal and written communication skills to collaborate efficiently with managers and peers.
Foundational familiarity with spreadsheet software or standardized data logging templates.

Prior experience working with digital marketing data, campaign metrics, or brand performance systems.
Background in an administrative, customer support, or operational data analytics environment.

Offers a flexible remote work arrangement based out of the Boston, Massachusetts area.
Operates primarily during standard Eastern Time business hours on a full-time schedule.
