Responsibilities
Stock, front, and clean merchandise displays across the sales floor in alignment with company planograms.
Greet customers, help them locate products, or refer them to parts specialists for complex inquiries.
Check in arriving inventory, apply price changes, and maintain promotional and sales signage.
Assist with inventory management tasks including cycle counts, stock adjustments, and overstock returns.
Pull and stage delivery orders for commercial installer accounts and coordinate with delivery specialists.
Serve as an order puller for hub operations by accurately picking, inspecting, and sorting parts for transfer.
Maintain clean backroom and installer areas while helping to deter store shoplifting through active floor presence.
Qualifications
Strong aptitude for working accurately with numerical sequences and part numbers.
Demonstrated organizational skills with an eye for detail and cleanliness.
Ability to perform active retail floor duties, including stocking and lifting merchandise.
Solid interpersonal and verbal communication skills to assist customers and coordinate with store team members.
Previous experience in retail stocking, inventory management, or merchandising.
Ability to drive a manual transmission vehicle.
Bilingual language proficiency, particularly in English and Spanish.
Work Environment
Fully on-site retail store and hub warehouse setting in Columbus, Ohio.
Full-time schedule requiring 40 hours per week with variable retail shifts.
Active physical working environment involving continuous standing, walking, bending, and lifting.
