Responsibilities

Serve as the enterprise subject matter expert to lead and govern the full lifecycle of QR code initiatives.
Develop onboarding materials, playbooks, and training resources to drive QR code adoption across internal teams, dealers, and suppliers.
Establish governance standards, manage content intake prioritization, and coordinate cross-functional enterprise digital initiatives.
Administer enterprise QR code platforms, manage end-user license agreements, and oversee user permissions and vendor relationships.
Maintain centralized enterprise repositories for QR code metadata, URLs, UTM parameters, and expiration schedules.
Validate QR code functionality prior to deployment and conduct quarterly facility audits to resolve operational exceptions.
Coordinate platform release schedules, user acceptance testing, and outage communications to prevent business disruption.

Qualifications

Demonstrated foundational knowledge and experience in program management and digital marketing.
Strong background in vendor and supplier relationship management, including platform coordination.
Proven experience establishing governance frameworks, standard operating processes, and compliance tracking.
Ability to collaborate across complex matrixed organizations and engage cross-functional stakeholders effectively.
Nice to Have
Hands-on experience managing enterprise-scale digital platforms, user access controls, and administrative workflows.
Demonstrated background using data analytics, dashboards, and operational audits to measure program performance.
Experience developing structured enablement materials such as playbooks, FAQs, and user documentation for enterprise technologies.

Work Environment

On-site work arrangement requiring attendance five days a week at the Irving, Texas office location.
Centralized team setting within the Digital Content Strategy division of Cat Digital.
Standard full-time schedule of approximately 40 hours per week.
Collaborative cross-functional environment partnering closely with business units, engineering teams, and external suppliers.
