Overview

In this role, you will deliver professional skincare treatments and build tailored, progressive regimens for spa guests. Working within a high-volume wellness environment, you will administer advanced modalities—such as LED phototherapy, microcurrent, microdermabrasion, and chemical peels—while helping clients achieve their personal skincare and wellness goals. You will also play a key role in client retention and retail performance by recommending home-care products and educating guests on maintaining healthy skin. Through brand partnerships and specialized training programs, you will have the opportunity to enhance your technical capabilities and advance your career within the spa network.

Responsibilities

• Perform high-quality facial services and advanced skincare treatments tailored to individual client needs.
• Design and prescribe progressive, customized treatment plans to help clients achieve their skincare goals.
• Educate clients on proper post-treatment home-care regimens and recommend retail skincare products.
• Achieve personal and spa sales targets by promoting membership programs and client referrals.
• Maintain high standards of sanitation, cleanliness, and organization in treatment rooms and common areas.
