Journeyman Plumber

Overview

In this role, you will perform residential plumbing repairs, maintenance, and system replacements for homeowners across Madison and Dane County. You will serve as a lead technician on site, troubleshooting complex plumbing issues and delivering high-quality craftsmanship while collaborating with a dedicated dispatch and support team that handles scheduling and estimates. Responsibilities

• Perform diagnostic assessments, repairs, and complete system replacements for residential plumbing fixtures and piping.
• Collaborate with the central support team to manage daily dispatching, project estimates, and service scheduling.
• Maintain high standards of craftsmanship and safety across all residential job sites.
• Communicate directly with homeowners to explain plumbing issues, recommend solutions, and provide exceptional customer service.
