Responsibilities

Sell service products, including service contracts, maintenance agreements, and warranty extensions, to new and existing accounts within the Northwest territory.
Manage the complete contract renewal pipeline by monitoring expiration timelines, creating proposals, and closing agreements on schedule.
Partner with Service Contract Specialists and service leaders to deliver consultative customer support and expand service adoption.
Generate price quotes, process contract revisions, and maintain pipeline accuracy using SAP ERP, Salesforce, and Cloud for Service platforms.
Prepare periodic sales reports, pipeline analytics, and revenue forecasts to monitor progress toward territory financial objectives.
Cultivate long-term customer relationships through regular phone, email, and virtual engagements, alongside occasional on-site client visits.

Qualifications

Three to five years of proven B2B sales, inside sales, or account management experience with a track record of qualifying leads and closing deals.
Strong negotiation and pipeline management skills within a structured corporate or matrix environment.
Demonstrated proficiency with enterprise business software, including Microsoft Office, SAP ERP, and CRM platforms like Salesforce.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the capability to interface with stakeholders across various technical and management levels.
Willingness and ability to travel up to 25% for regional client visits and contract discussions.
Nice to Have
Bachelor's degree in Business, Science, Finance, or a related field.
Prior sales or customer success experience within the life sciences, analytical instrumentation, or laboratory services sectors.
Familiarity with SAP Cloud for Service (C4S) for enterprise quotation and sales activity tracking.

Work Environment

Remote work setup covering the Northwest territory, with primary office alignment based in Minneapolis, Minnesota.
Standard full-time working schedule of 40 hours per week during standard business hours.
Travel requirement of 10% to 25% across the designated territory for client meetings and negotiations, including occasional overnight stays.
Collaborative matrix team structure working in tandem with field service engineers, contract specialists, and corporate sales management.
