Responsibilities

Sell service products including warranty extensions, maintenance contracts, and instrument qualifications across the Canada territory.
Manage the end-to-end contract renewal cycle by tracking deadlines, preparing proposals, and following up with clients.
Collaborate with Service Contract Specialists and regional service leaders to support client needs and advance new business.
Utilize SAP, Cloud for Service (C4S), and Salesforce to generate quotes, update records, and log sales activities.
Prepare sales forecasts, pipeline statistics, and regular reporting summaries to track progress against revenue targets.
Build and sustain relationships with key accounts through phone, email, and virtual meetings to uncover new service opportunities.

Qualifications

Three to five years of sales experience with a proven track record of qualifying leads and closing deals.
Demonstrated ability in contract negotiation, customer relationship management, and sales forecasting.
Proficiency with enterprise software platforms including CRM tools, SAP ERP, and Microsoft Office.
Strong verbal and written communication skills suitable for engaging stakeholders across organizational levels.
Nice to Have
Bachelor's degree in Business, Science, Finance, or a related field.
Prior sales or customer success experience within instrumental analytics or the life sciences sector.
Experience working in an inside sales or telesales capacity within a large matrixed corporate environment.

Work Environment

Remote office arrangement with the flexibility to work from home.
Standard full-time business schedule operating Monday through Friday.
Travel requirement of 10% to 25% for on-site customer visits and contract negotiations across the territory.
