Responsibilities

Oversee all daily restaurant operations, ensuring consistent customer service and adherence to brand quality standards.

Recruit, hire, onboard, and train store team members while developing emerging internal leaders.

Manage store labor, create employee schedules, and control food costs to meet financial and operational targets.

Maintain a positive, collaborative, and productive team work environment across all shifts.

Enforce strict health, safety, food handling, and company compliance guidelines.

Qualifications

You must be at least 18 years of age.

You must hold a valid driver's license, active vehicle registration, and valid auto insurance.

You must have access to reliable personal transportation.

You must possess solid organizational, mathematical, and time-management skills.

You must be able to maintain schedule flexibility, including availability for weekend, opening, and closing shifts.

You must comply with company appearance policies, which exclude facial tattoos and certain facial piercings.

Prior supervisory or general management experience in quick-service restaurants or retail environments.
