Responsibilities
Pack, load, and ship merchandise accurately to Target stores and direct-to-consumer guests.
Handle freight and move inventory throughout the warehouse facility safely and efficiently.
Operate handheld mobile devices and warehouse computer systems to track inventory movement.
Maintain a clean, organized, and hazard-free workspace according to established facility standards.
Engage in everyday problem solving and adhere to continuous improvement initiatives.
Attend regular safety trainings and follow all company health and safety protocols.
Qualifications
Ability to frequently lift and carry items weighing 35 to 50 pounds, and occasionally up to 60 pounds.
Physical capability to stand, walk, push, pull, squat, bend, and reach throughout full work shifts.
Proficiency in basic mathematics, including counting, addition, and subtraction.
Capacity to read and interpret labels, tickets, and operational documentation accurately.
English language proficiency sufficient to comprehend and follow safety instructions and company policies.
Prior experience working in a warehouse, logistics facility, or fast-paced retail environment.
Familiarity with standard warehouse management systems and radio-frequency scanning tools.
Demonstrated ability to balance independent tasks with cross-functional teamwork.
Work Environment
Fully on-site work environment at the supply chain facility located in Dallas, Texas.
Fast-paced, physically active industrial warehouse setting with frequent material handling.
Standard 40-hour full-time schedule requiring open availability across multiple shifts.
Zero business travel required for this position.
