Responsibilities

Assist retail and wholesale customers in selecting appropriate paint products, finishes, and application tools to meet their project requirements.
Tint and mix paint products precisely to customer specifications using industrial mixing equipment.
Promote and represent Sherwin-Williams and Valspar brand standards to retail associates, contractors, and general consumers.
Train store associates on product knowledge, application methods, and paint department best practices.
Support Pro Desk initiatives by building professional customer relationships, maintaining Pro color files, and generating sales leads.
Maintain merchandising standards, product inventory levels, color wall displays, and back stock organization throughout the department.
Complete required digital learning modules and safety training to maintain operational compliance.

Qualifications

You must be at least 18 years of age at the time of application.
You must be legally authorized to work in the country of employment without requiring visa sponsorship now or in the future.
You must be able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds frequently and up to 70 pounds occasionally, with or without reasonable accommodation.
You must be available and willing to work a flexible part-time schedule including weekdays, afternoons, and weekends based on business needs.
Nice to Have
Possession of a high school diploma or GED equivalent.
At least one year of prior experience in retail sales, customer service, or delivery operations.
Prior hands-on experience selling paint products and operating commercial tinting and mixing equipment.
Bilingual communication skills, particularly the ability to read, write, and speak Spanish fluently.

Work Environment

This is an on-site, part-time position based inside Lowe's Store #103 in Bryan, Texas.
Work hours vary across weekdays, afternoons, and weekends depending on business demand and store operating schedules.
The physical environment involves sustained standing, walking, product retrieval from shelves, and regular heavy lifting.
