Responsibilities
- Manage and grow a consistent residential real estate business pipeline through active prospecting and lead generation.
- Represent the interests of buyers and sellers during the negotiation and execution of residential property contracts.
- Build and maintain long-term referral networks by delivering exceptional client service and personal support.
- Analyze local market trends and property values to provide clients with accurate and timely real estate advice.
- Collaborate with internal support teams and utilize lead programs to facilitate successful transaction closings.
- Maintain detailed client records and track sales progress using specialized CRM tools and Microsoft Office applications.
- Conduct property visits and lead client meetings to ensure a smooth and professional home-buying or selling experience.
Qualifications
- You must hold a valid and current Real Estate License.
- You possess proven sales success within the real estate industry or a high-performance sales environment.
- You have a valid driver’s license and access to reliable transportation for property showings and client site visits.
- You are committed to working as a full-time real estate professional.
- You demonstrate strong interpersonal communication skills and the ability to negotiate complex contracts effectively.
- You are at least 18 years of age and legally eligible to work in the United States.
Nice to have
- You have 2 to 5 years of experience in the residential real estate market.
- You possess an advanced understanding of the Portland regional housing market and local neighborhood dynamics.
