Responsibilities
Lead and grow a high-performing engineering team dedicated to building core libraries and tools for agentic systems.
Track emerging agent development patterns across research and industry to translate technical insights into high-impact developer tooling.
Oversee the full software development lifecycle from initial ideation and architecture design through deployment and optimization.
Integrate high-performance data pipelines, RAG systems, vector databases, and GPU-accelerated training and inference workflows.
Establish rigorous benchmarking, evaluation frameworks, and feedback loops to ensure the quality and performance of autonomous agents.
Partner cross-functionally with product management and engineering leadership to define technical roadmaps and project priorities.
Standardize best practices and engineering procedures to drive broad adoption of agentic libraries across the organization.
Qualifications
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Applied Mathematics, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
At least 7 years of overall professional software engineering experience, including 3 or more years in a team leadership or engineering management capacity.
Demonstrated track record of designing, building, and deploying modern agent architectures and utilizing open-source frameworks in production.
Proven capability to translate evolving AI advancements into structured platform roadmaps and production-grade engineering deliverables.
Strong communication and cross-functional leadership skills with experience collaborating across large technical communities.
Experience developing enterprise-grade governance, observability, monitoring, and policy enforcement systems for autonomous workflows.
Background in building evaluation and regression benchmarking systems specifically tailored for multi-agent workflows.
Track record of creating, maintaining, or significantly contributing to major open-source developer tools, SDKs, or libraries.
Work Environment
On-site role based out of the corporate headquarters in Santa Clara, California.
Standard full-time schedule of approximately 40 hours per week with standard business hours.

Benefits & Perks
Base salary ranging from $224,000 to $356,500 annually, depending on experience and location.
