Evening Sales Associate

Overview

In this part-time role, you will serve as the primary ambassador for a wellness spa during evening and weekend shifts. You will be responsible for creating a welcoming atmosphere for clients, managing the front desk operations, and driving business growth through membership sales and service promotions. Your daily work involves balancing administrative efficiency with high-quality guest interactions to ensure a seamless experience from check-in to check-out.

Responsibilities

• Greet clients upon arrival and manage the check-in and check-out process to ensure a positive guest experience.
• Promote and sell spa memberships to new and existing clients to meet established location revenue goals.
• Schedule client appointments accurately using the spa management software and handle incoming phone inquiries.
• Communicate detailed knowledge of the service menu, ongoing promotions, and product benefits to clients.
• Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the front desk and common areas to uphold brand standards.
• Collaborate with the massage therapy and esthetics teams to facilitate a smooth workflow for all services.
• Perform administrative tasks including filing documents and processing payments with high attention to detail.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a customer service-oriented environment with a focus on client satisfaction.
• Strong verbal communication skills and a professional phone demeanor.
• Demonstrated ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced retail or hospitality setting.
• Availability to work a specific evening shift from 2:00 PM to 10:00 PM and Sundays from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM.
• A motivated and energetic attitude toward meeting and exceeding sales targets.
