Responsibilities

Manage the Competitive Edge product platform from ideation through release, including requirements gathering, testing, and activation.
Oversee the development and deployment of artificial intelligence use cases and automated tools to generate client-ready insights.
Manage relationships with data and technical vendors alongside internal procurement processes.
Support client engagement teams in leveraging, selling, and delivering technology-enabled service solutions.
Collaborate across global super regions and competency teams to ensure alignment on product roadmaps and strategic objectives.
Champion change management initiatives to accelerate adoption and activation of tools across transaction teams.
Resolve complex project challenges and deliver recommendations that support overarching business strategies.

Qualifications

At least 10 years of professional services or large global corporate experience in product leadership or strategic advisory roles.
Demonstrated experience in Strategy and Transactions (SaT) client service delivery.
Proven track record of managing full product lifecycles using agile methodologies and vendor management practices.
Hands-on experience applying artificial intelligence and automation solutions to business workflows.
Strong leadership capabilities with experience guiding multi-disciplinary and cross-functional teams.
Nice to Have
Previous international work experience and comfort working across varied global time zones.
Familiarity with Quality and Risk Management (QRM) compliance frameworks within a consulting environment.
Experience managing Global Delivery Services (GDS) and offshore delivery partners.

Work Environment

Operates as an on-site position based in key regional offices with cross-regional collaboration.
Requires regular collaboration across distributed virtual teams and international business networks.
Demands schedule flexibility to accommodate meetings and coordination across global time zones.

Annual base salary range between $196,600 and $466,800 depending on location, experience, and skill set.
