Merchandiser

Overview

As a Merchandiser, you will serve as the primary representative for impulse product management across various retail locations in Waco. You will be responsible for the physical execution of store layouts, ensuring that products are strategically placed to drive sales and enhance the shopping experience for customers. Working largely independently, you will act as a vital link between the company's data-driven strategies and the practical reality of the retail floor.

Responsibilities

• Cultivate and maintain professional relationships with in-store management to ensure smooth operations.
• Execute merchandising resets and implement specific plan-o-grams to maintain brand standards.
• Build and maintain attractive retail displays to catch the attention of shoppers.
• Merchandise impulse items effectively on clip strips and J-hooks throughout the store.
• Manage inventory by re-ordering and re-stocking products to prevent out-of-stock scenarios.
• Monitor store conditions and provide feedback on retail insights to help optimize sales performance.
