In this role, you will serve as a trusted advisor to senior sales leadership and account teams across the AMER region by providing strategic deal structuring and pricing support. You will be responsible for evaluating complex transactions, mitigating contractual and financial risks, and leveraging data-driven insights to uncover opportunities that drive healthy revenue growth. Additionally, you will help design and scale deal processes to support evolving business models in enterprise software and AI CRM solutions. Beyond individual deal governance, you will spearhead cross-functional initiatives collaborating with Finance, Legal, Operations, and Product teams. You will work closely with product organizations to establish optimal pricing strategies and bundled offerings for emerging technologies, while also establishing and training sales teams on standard commercial best practices.

Responsibilities

Review and approve complex commercial transactions on behalf of strategic business practices and sales executive leadership.
Guide sales teams on the advantages and trade-offs of varied deal structures while actively mitigating contractual and commercial risks.
Partner with account teams to formulate concession strategies that optimize overall revenue while protecting profit margins.
Collaborate cross-functionally with Finance, Legal, and Operations teams to refine contract terms and expedite deal closures.
Work with product management teams to devise optimal pricing models and packaging strategies for new products and bundled solutions.
Lead organizational project deliverables and communicate strategic findings and recommendations across executive stakeholders.
Develop and deliver enablement materials to train sales teams on pricing best practices and effective deal structures.

Qualifications

At least six years of professional experience in pricing strategy, sales financial analysis, or a closely related commercial function.
A bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience demonstrated through professional, military, or leadership roles.
Demonstrated analytical rigor and problem-solving capability with the ability to navigate ambiguous and fast-paced environments.
Strong communication and relationship-building skills with proven experience influencing cross-functional stakeholders at all levels.
Proven track record of managing conflict effectively and driving negotiations toward mutually productive outcomes.
Nice to Have
Direct prior experience working within a dedicated pricing or deal desk function in the enterprise software (SaaS) industry.
Familiarity with complex enterprise contract negotiations, commercial legal terms, and revenue recognition guidelines.
Experience developing pricing models for artificial intelligence, CRM, or cloud-based software architectures.

Work Environment

Hybrid work arrangement based out of offices in Atlanta, Chicago, or New York City.
Fast-paced, highly collaborative enterprise software sales operations environment.
Standard full-time schedule of approximately 40 hours per week with periodic high-volume periods around quarterly financial closes.

Base salary ranging from $117,400 to $177,600 annually, with a range of $140,900 to $193,700 for the New York City metropolitan area, alongside potential incentive compensation and equity.
