In this role, you will help clients achieve their skincare goals by providing high-quality facial services and customized treatment plans. You will work within a supportive spa environment that emphasizes innovation, utilizing advanced tools such as LED Skin Phototherapy, microcurrent technology, and chemical peels to deliver visible results for your guests.

Responsibilities

• Perform professional facial services and advanced modalities tailored to individual client needs.
• Design and prescribe progressive long-term treatment plans to help clients reach their skincare objectives.
• Educate guests on proper skincare rituals and recommend appropriate retail products for home use.
• Achieve specific sales targets for services, memberships, and product retail as outlined by management.
• Promote the membership program and referral incentives to build and maintain a consistent local clientele.
• Participate in ongoing hands-on training sessions, workshops, and webinars to maintain technical expertise.
