Overview

As a Field Sales Consultant, you will represent major telecommunications providers to expand high-speed fiber and smart home technology throughout the Greenville market. You will take ownership of specific residential territories, acting as a consultant to help homeowners identify and resolve their current internet service issues with modern fiber-optic and 5G solutions.

Responsibilities

• Navigate assigned residential neighborhoods in the Upstate market to engage directly with homeowners.
• Perform consultative assessments of consumer internet needs to identify pain points and service gaps.
• Deliver presentations on custom fiber-optic and 5G solutions tailored to specific household requirements.
• Utilize CRM routing software to document customer interactions and manage a sales pipeline.
• Coordinate with technical teams to schedule next-day installations for new customers.
• Manage independent territory logistics to ensure comprehensive coverage of high-potential areas.
