Responsibilities

Identify inorganic growth opportunities aligned with strategic priorities by engaging senior leaders, venture capitalists, investment bankers, and entrepreneurs.
Serve as the lead subject matter expert for financial modeling, valuation, synergy forecasting, and deal structuring across potential acquisitions and investments.
Direct cross-functional due diligence teams spanning legal, finance, accounting, tax, human resources, operations, IT, EHS, and sales.
Manage the complete transaction workflow from initial term sheet negotiation through to closing and integration execution.
Prepare comprehensive investor and capital-formation materials to support relationships with external private capital partners.
Author and present formal investment thesis memos and strategic recommendations directly to executive leadership.
Develop and maintain analytics, tracking tools, and reporting dashboards to evaluate pipeline and deal performance measurements.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in business, finance, economics, or a related analytical discipline.
At least 7 years of experience in investment banking, private equity, growth equity, venture capital, corporate development, or private capital fundraising.
Advanced expertise in Excel-based financial modeling, valuation methodologies, and transaction negotiation.
Demonstrated ability to build executive-quality presentations and craft clear investment narratives for external capital partners and senior stakeholders.
Working proficiency with leading artificial intelligence tools and large language models to build new workflow automations and tools.
U.S. citizenship, permanent residency (Green Card), or authorized refugee/asylee status in compliance with U.S. export control regulations.
Nice to Have
Experience covering both buy-side and sell-side mergers and acquisitions processes.
Prior professional background within the aerospace sector or other capital-intensive, manufacturing, or heavy R&D industries.
Direct exposure to early-stage startups and early venture growth environments.
Hands-on experience in capital formation, fundraising, or investor relations involving private capital markets.

Full-time, on-site role based in the Greater Seattle area in Washington.

Standard full-time business hours with occasional flexibility required during intense transaction and closing periods.

Base salary range of $145,188 to $203,263 per year, alongside potential discretionary performance-based bonuses.
