Responsibilities
Operate company-provided delivery vehicles safely and efficiently along designated routes to transport parts to commercial clients.
Load and unload automotive parts and merchandise accurately according to route schedules and customer orders.
Collect returned products, core units, and transfer parts from nearby stores or outside vendor locations.
Deliver professional customer service by communicating product updates, assisting with inquiries, and offering basic installation support.
Process customer payments, handle cash, and record electronic transactions securely in compliance with store policies.
Perform routine vehicle inspections and maintenance checks, reporting any mechanical issues promptly to management.
Comply with all safety standards, personal protective equipment guidelines, and fleet driving regulations.
Qualifications
Must be at least 18 years of age at the time of application.
Possess a valid driver's license with a safe driving record that meets company standards.
Demonstrate basic foundational knowledge of automotive parts and components.
Ability to physically lift, carry, load, and deliver heavy merchandise consistently.
Availability to work a flexible full-time schedule, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and overtime as required.
High school diploma or GED equivalent.
Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish to support diverse customer communications.
Prior experience working in an automotive retail or delivery logistics environment.
A valid Hazardous Materials (Hazmat) endorsement.
Work Environment
Fully on-site position based out of the retail store location in Fort Collins, Colorado.
Dynamic working environment split between driving on the road and working inside the retail parts store.
Standard full-time commitment of approximately 40 hours per week with variable shift scheduling.
Collaborative and customer-focused team culture prioritizing workplace safety and fast turnaround times.
