Responsibilities
Prepare handcrafted beverages and food items following standard recipes and customized customer requests.
Engage with customers warmly to discover their needs and deliver prompt, pleasant service.
Process cash and digital transactions accurately while adhering to standard cash management procedures.
Maintain clean, sanitized, and organized workstations and customer seating areas throughout the shift.
Adhere to all store operating policies, food safety protocols, and workplace security guidelines.
Collaborate with store partners to fulfill customer orders efficiently during peak and non-peak periods.
Qualifications
Ability to maintain regular, consistent attendance and punctuality with or without reasonable accommodation.
Availability to work a flexible schedule, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights, and holidays.
Capacity to learn quickly and understand both oral and written instructions.
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively and build relationships within a team.
Ability to perform multiple physical and operational tasks throughout a shift in an active store environment.
Previous customer service or retail experience in a high-volume setting.
Prior experience in food and beverage preparation or cash handling.
Demonstrated ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced team environment.
Work Environment
This position is 100% on-site at the store location in Antioch, California.
The work environment is fast-paced, customer-facing, and requires standing and moving for the duration of shifts.
Work schedules require flexibility, with shift assignments covering mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
