Personal Assistant/CNA - PRN - All shifts

Overview

In this role, you will provide essential companionship and daily living support to residents within assisted living and memory care environments. You will be responsible for ensuring the comfort and well-being of older adults by assisting with activities such as bathing, dressing, and feeding, while also monitoring their health status and documenting their progress through daily data sheets.

Responsibilities

• Support residents with activities of daily living including bathing, dressing, and feeding.
• Monitor resident health and status to report any significant changes to the leadership team.
• Maintain accurate daily data sheets to record resident progress and care history.
• Assist residents with memory and performance improvement programs to promote cognitive health.
• Perform light housekeeping and laundry tasks to maintain a clean living environment.
• Engage residents in activities designed to promote social interaction and emotional well-being.
