Responsibilities

Apply an interdisciplinary, collaborative approach to plan, design, develop, and verify system-of-systems solutions for vehicle health management.

Evaluate customer and operational requirements to define performance baselines and ensure physical and functional interface compatibility.

Perform engineering trade analyses covering safety, reliability, maintainability, testability, survivability, and system security.

Develop and monitor requirements management processes, tools, risk assessments, and technology readiness evaluations.

Collaborate across software development, hardware engineering, test, and leadership teams to resolve cross-functional technical issues.

Support project management tasks including schedule alignment and technical integration across the product lifecycle.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in engineering, computer science, mathematics, or a related technical discipline.

At least one year of systems engineering experience, including requirements definition, architecture design, allocation, and verification.

Demonstrated experience working across multiple phases of the product development lifecycle.

U.S. Citizenship with the ability to obtain and maintain an interim and final U.S. Secret Security Clearance.

Compliance with U.S. Export Control regulations as a U.S. Person.

Nice to Have

Active U.S. Secret Security Clearance.

Experience with Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE) methodologies and tools.

Background working with military aircraft platforms, Agile development practices, or Earned Value Management (EVM).

Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to influence technical stakeholders without formal authority.

Work Environment

Full-time, on-site position located in Hazelwood, Missouri.

Standard day shift (Shift 1) working approximately 40 hours per week.

Collaborative engineering environment interfacing directly with multi-disciplinary hardware, software, and test teams.

Subject to standard aerospace defense workplace screening and security compliance policies.
