Responsibilities

Lead and supervise retail team members to ensure outstanding customer service across the sales counter and showroom floor.
Manage daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures, cash reconciliation, and security protocols.
Assist in hiring, scheduling, mentoring, and goal-setting for store personnel to support ongoing team development.
Process online orders, hub transfers, outside purchase orders, and customer returns or exchanges efficiently.
Ensure store merchandising, inventory tasks, and corporate communications are executed accurately and on schedule.
Maintain the physical facility, delivery vehicles, service test equipment, and computer hardware to uphold safety and operational standards.

Qualifications

Completion of Sales Specialist Training, Assistant Manager Certification, and Retail Sales Specialist (RSS) Certification.
Two to five years of experience in retail sales, supervisory, or store operations roles.
Demonstrated ability to lead, coach, and manage a customer-focused retail team.
Strong communication, scheduling, and cash management skills.
Nice to Have
Certified Parts Professional (CPP) or Automotive Service Excellence (ASE) certification.
Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish.
Prior experience working in the automotive aftermarket or parts distribution industry.

Work Environment

Fully on-site retail store environment based in Plattsburgh, New York.
Standard full-time 40-hour work week requiring availability during peak retail hours, evenings, and weekends.
Active, hands-on workplace involving regular physical tasks such as merchandise staging, facility upkeep, and vehicle inspections.
