Responsibilities
Lead daily store operations during assigned shifts while ensuring exceptional customer service and food quality standards.
Supervise team members, delegate daily tasks, and maintain store productivity throughout the shift.
Manage cash handling procedures, perform inventory control, and monitor store cost management.
Resolve customer inquiries and service complaints in a professional and efficient manner.
Enforce company policies, safety protocols, and sanitation guidelines across all store areas.
Assist with food preparation, stocking inventory, and general kitchen operations as needed.
Qualifications
You must be at least 18 years of age.
Demonstrated leadership, organizational, and multitasking abilities.
Strong communication and customer service skills.
Ability to work effectively in a high-volume, fast-paced kitchen environment.
Strong availability to work shifts covering evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays.
Previous supervisory or leadership experience in retail or restaurant settings.
Prior work experience within the food service or quick-service restaurant industry.
A valid driver's license and willingness to assist with deliveries or store errands.
Work Environment
On-site role based at the store location in Port Orchard, Washington.
Fast-paced, high-energy commercial kitchen environment with exposure to heat and standard restaurant equipment.
Physical position requiring extended periods of standing, bending, reaching, and lifting.
Requires flexible scheduling including evening, weekend, and holiday shift availability.
