Responsibilities
Oversee nightly store closing procedures and verify that all end-of-day operational standards are met.
Manage and support evening team members to maintain high levels of customer service across the club.
Resolve operational bottlenecks, customer issues, and floor challenges during the closing shift.
Ensure retail merchandise is stocked, organized, and properly displayed before store closing.
Collaborate with store management to track team performance and execute daily operational goals.
Uphold safety, security, and loss prevention standards across the club facility.
Qualifications
Demonstrated experience in retail operations, customer service, or team leadership.
Strong problem-solving abilities and effective verbal communication skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment and manage operational workflows.
Proven reliability and the capability to consistently oversee evening and closing store operations.
Prior supervisory or keyholder experience in a warehouse club or grocery retail setting.
Familiarity with retail inventory management systems and standard store closing processes.
Comfort using workplace technology and modern productivity tools.
Work Environment
Fully on-site work environment at the Portage, Indiana warehouse club location.
Full-time schedule requiring 40 hours per week primarily focused on evening and closing shifts.
Fast-paced warehouse retail setting requiring active movement across the sales floor.
