Responsibilities
Build and ship software systems that bring world models and video diffusion models into real-time, interactive games from prototype to production.
Train, fine-tune, and evaluate deep learning models while curating data and tailoring models to game-specific controls and content.
Optimize model inference for minimal latency and high token throughput using techniques like distillation, quantization, and reduced-step sampling.
Profile and eliminate performance bottlenecks across the full software stack, ranging from model architecture to GPU compute kernels.
Integrate machine learning models into Unreal Engine, Unity, and proprietary game engines to ensure smooth co-execution with rendering pipelines.
Lead technical architecture decisions, mentor fellow engineers, and partner cross-functionally with research, rendering, and art teams.
Qualifications
Bachelor's, Master's, or PhD in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
At least 12 years of software engineering experience with substantial hands-on involvement in shipping AI, deep learning, or machine learning systems.
Expert-level programming proficiency in both C++ and Python.
Hands-on expertise training and fine-tuning deep learning models using PyTorch or equivalent frameworks, including distributed training methods.
Demonstrated domain experience in video generation, world models, diffusion/flow-matching models, transformers, or neural rendering.
Extensive experience optimizing GPU inference pipelines using CUDA, TensorRT, TensorRT-LLM, or Triton.
Experience working with interactive, action-conditioned, or real-time generative video models.
Hands-on background writing custom GPU kernels using CUDA or Triton.
Direct experience in game engine architecture and real-time graphics rendering pipelines.
A history of open-source contributions to libraries like Diffusers, FastVideo, vLLM, or TensorRT-LLM, as well as relevant publications or patents.

Remote work flexibility is offered with the primary corporate headquarters based in Santa Clara, California.
Standard full-time commitment of approximately 40 hours per week across collaborative standard business hours.
