Overview
In this role, you will play a vital part in managing the flow of performance data for a rapidly growing organization. You will work closely with the Data Manager and a collaborative team of support staff in a remote setting. Your primary goal is to bridge the gap between raw platform activity and actionable reports, identifying any data inconsistencies early and ensuring that campaign deliverables are met. Responsibilities
- Track and input daily engagement metrics using established organizational templates.
- Maintain clean and consistent data records for all active brand campaigns.
- Identify and report data inconsistencies or technical errors to the Data Manager.
- Collaborate with other support roles to ensure all data deliverables are met on schedule.
- Monitor performance across various digital platforms to gather relevant brand information.
- Ensure the accuracy and timeliness of all logged information for team-wide use.
- Communicate clearly with internal teams regarding data status and operational updates.
Qualifications
- Proven ability to maintain high levels of focus and organization in a data-driven environment.
- Strong attention to detail with a focus on identifying patterns and inconsistencies.
- Proficiency in basic data entry and the use of digital spreadsheet templates.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with management and other support team members.
- Capacity to manage consistent daily metrics tracking and reporting tasks.
- Excellent communication skills for reporting findings and coordinating on deliverables.
