Consumer Loan Consultant

Overview

In this role, you will be responsible for maximizing lending and sales opportunities by proactively engaging with Credit Union members who apply for credit. You will act as a primary point of contact to offer financial solutions, process loan applications, and ensure that every interaction provides an exceptional member experience. Your work will directly contribute to the credit union's growth and the financial well-being of its members.

Responsibilities

• Maximize lending and sales opportunities by proactively contacting members regarding their credit applications.
• Explain financial recommendations and product services in terms that members can easily understand.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with members to identify their specific financial needs and offer appropriate solutions.
• Overcome sales objections through persistent communication and professional persuasion to meet established goals.
• Manage and follow up on pending loan applications to ensure they are successfully processed and funded.
