In this part-time role, you will be the face of a busy travel stop, ensuring that every customer receives efficient and friendly service. Responsibilities

• Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently using the cash register system.
• Assist customers in locating products and answer questions regarding available services and promotions.
• Maintain high standards of food safety by monitoring the condition and temperature of fresh deli items.
• Clean and sanitize the sales floor, restrooms, showers, and fuel pump areas regularly.
• Manage inventory by stocking shelves and ensuring products are properly displayed and priced.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure all operational tasks are completed during your shift.
• Cross-train in other departments such as facility maintenance or restaurant services to support business needs.

Qualifications

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a friendly and professional demeanor.
• Physical capability to lift and move items weighing 25 pounds or more on a regular basis.
• Willingness to work in various temperature conditions, including outdoor fuel areas and refrigerated walk-ins.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
• Availability to work a flexible schedule that may include evenings, weekends, and holidays.
