In this role, you will provide leadership and clinical oversight for a dedicated team delivering psychosocial rehabilitation services to transition-age youth in Lancaster. You will act as a pivotal link between administrative strategy and frontline service delivery, ensuring that program operations align with the psychosocial rehabilitation model while meeting the complex needs of young adults navigating mental health challenges.
Responsibilities
- Lead the day-to-day operations of the Transition-Age Youth team to ensure high-quality service delivery.
- Supervise and mentor staff members through recruitment, training, performance evaluations, and disciplinary actions.
- Manage the program budget and expenditures to ensure fiscal responsibility and timely adjustments.
- Oversee program documentation and quality assurance standards to maintain compliance with funding guidelines.
- Collaborate with the Director of Transition Age Youth Services to implement program goals and subcontracts.
