Certified Nurse Assistant (CNA )

Overview

In this role, you will provide essential one-on-one healthcare services to patients within the comfort and privacy of their own homes. Your work will primarily support veterans, former energy workers, and individuals with workers' compensation claims, helping them maintain their independence while receiving professional medical attention tailored to their specific needs.

Responsibilities

• Deliver compassionate one-on-one direct care to patients in their private residences.
• Support patients in maintaining their independence and comfort through personalized health services.
• Monitor and report changes in patient conditions to the clinical supervisory team.
• Assist patients with daily living activities and routine health maintenance tasks.
• Coordinate with families and other healthcare providers to ensure a high standard of care.
• Maintain accurate documentation of patient visits and the specific care provided during each shift.
